All fees are paid by the client company.
Quest temporaries are eligible for five (5) days of vacation after working 1500 consecutive hours per year.*
Quest temporaries are eligible for paid holidays after working 1500 consecutive hours per year.* Temporaries must work the day prior and the day following the holiday. Temporaries are eligible for a maximum of six (6) paid holidays per year:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Quest temporaries are fully covered by Workers' Compensation, Unemployment and Liability Insurance.
Short Term Temp Insurance
Short term temp insurance coverage is available through staffinghealthplans.com.
Quest temporaries are encouraged to refer their friends and co-workers to us. Once a referred applicant is hired by Quest and completes 40 hours on temporary assignments or is placed in a permanent position, a $25.00 bonus will be awarded to the individual who made the referral.
