4+ years of experience as an in-house recruiter
Must possess strengths in the following areas:
Proven ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff.
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
A self-starter who is able to work independently and in a team environment.
Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task candidates and hiring managers at different stages of the recruitment life cycle.
Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes.
Solid ability to train hiring managers in conducting different types of interviews (structured, competency, behavior based).
Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources.
Strong vendor manager skills related to recruitment activities such as search firms and job boards.
A general understanding of HR functions and how recruiting relates to the HR team.
Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems.
Strong negotiation and decision making skills.
DescriptionGrowing energy company is seeking a degreed, experienced in-house Recruiter. Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to source, attract and hire qualified candidates for our organization.
The key responsibilities will include as a minimum the following:
Identify and source top talent across multiple departments and job levels.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various channels by utilizing specialized job boards, social networks, networking events and various avenues.
Partner with HR Managers and hiring managers to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels in multiple locations; this includes posting jobs, prescreening resumes, phone interviewing candidates, scheduling phone, in-person interviews, coordinating travel if necessary.
Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers.
